The composition of FA CORE MASS is a well-thought-out combination of proteins and carbohydrates.

Ingredients: Carbohydrate complex (maltodextrin, glucose), protein complex [milk protein concentrate, whey protein concentrate (from milk), buttermilk (from milk), whey protein isolate Isolac® (from milk), hydrolysed whey protein isolate Optipep® (from milk), hydrolysed casein PeptoPro® (from milk)], cocoa¹, thickener (xanthan gum), red beet concentrate⁷, flavourings, colours (E150c^2,3, E160a^3,4).

Flavours: Chocolate¹, Chocolate with hazelnut², Toffee³, Banana⁴, Vanilla⁵, Vanilla-almond⁶, Strawberry⁷, White chocolate coconut⁸.

Recommended use: Mix ~4 scoops of powder (200 g) with 400 ml of water or skimmed milk. Use -1 serving 45-75 minutes before workout and -1 serving immediately after workout. During non-training days use 1 serving between meals. This formula is highly concentrated, and due to its potency, you may want to consider using serving 2-4 times per day.
